The role: As a Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional beverage experiences while creating a warm, engaging atmosphere at the bar. You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to the highest standard, building relationships with guests, sharing your product knowledge confidently, and contributing to the energy and personality of the outlet. This role is ideal for a passionate hospitality professional who enjoys guest interaction, takes pride in their craft, and thrives in a fast paced luxury environment.
What you will do:
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, and non alcoholic beverages to a consistently high standard.
- Deliver personalised and engaging service to guests at the bar and throughout the lounge.
- Develop a strong understanding of the beverage menu and confidently make recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the bar area at all times.
- Support stock management, requisitions, and bar preparation tasks.
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally to requests.
- Uphold Four Seasons standards of service, presentation, and professionalism.
What you bring:
- Minimum of one year of bartending experience, ideally within a luxury hotel, restaurant, or bar environment.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage service.
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Professional presentation and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and collaborative approach to teamwork.

What to expect: Full time position working 40 hours per week. Five shifts per week across a rotating schedule. Flexibility required across mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
