About the role: We’re seeking a confident and driven Bar Supervisor to support the management of our bar operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will play a key role in leading the team on shift, ensuring a high standard of service, and creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for guests. This is a hands-on position where you will oversee daily bar operations, support team development, and ensure smooth, efficient service while maintaining the highest quality standards.
What you will do:
- Support the management of daily bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Lead the bar team during shifts, setting the standard for excellent guest service
- Prepare and serve beverages to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality
- Train, mentor, and support team members to develop their skills and knowledge
- Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure proper stock rotation
- Ensure the bar is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain strong product knowledge, including wines, spirits, and cocktails
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.
