About the role: We’re seeking a confident and driven Bar Supervisor to support the management of our bar operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will play a key role in leading the team on shift, ensuring a high standard of service, and creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for guests. This is a hands-on position where you will oversee daily bar operations, support team development, and ensure smooth, efficient service while maintaining the highest quality standards.

What you will do:

  • Support the management of daily bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Lead the bar team during shifts, setting the standard for excellent guest service
  • Prepare and serve beverages to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Train, mentor, and support team members to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure proper stock rotation
  • Ensure the bar is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations
  • Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain strong product knowledge, including wines, spirits, and cocktails
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous bar experience in a supervisory or senior role is preferred
  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • Good knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
