The role
As a Casual Banqueting Bartender, you will support the delivery of exceptional events by preparing and serving beverages with professionalism and efficiency.
Working across a variety of functions, you will ensure bar service is smooth, organized, and aligned with Four Seasons standards.
What You Will Do
- Prepare and serve beverages efficiently during banqueting events
- Maintain strong knowledge of all bar products, including wines, spirits, and cocktails
- Deliver quick, accurate, and professional service to guests and service teams
- Set up and break down banquet bars in line with operational standards
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and weights and measures requirements
- Support the Banqueting Operations team to ensure smooth event delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well presented bar area at all times
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and guest focused atmosphere
What You Bring
- Minimum of one year of bartending experience, ideally within a hotel or events environment
- Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks
- Excellent communication and guest interaction skills
- A professional and reliable approach to casual work
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
