About the role: We’re seeking an energetic and attentive Banquet Server to join our team on a casual, flexible basis. You will be the face of hospitality during events, ensuring guests receive top-notch service in a timely and professional manner. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do:
- Prepare banquet rooms by setting up tables, chairs, linens, and tableware according to event specifications
- Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous service throughout the event
- Serve food and beverages, ensuring presentation and quality meet high standards
- Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly and professionally to requests
- Assist with clearing tables, resetting, and maintaining cleanliness during and after events
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth event execution
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous banquet, catering, or food service experience is preferred but not mandatory – we provide full training!
