Back of House Manager – Luxury Fashion Pop-Up Up to £17 per hour (including holiday pay) Bicester Temporary, 3-month contract Four Seasons Recruitment are looking for an experienced Back of House Manager to join a prestigious luxury fashion brand for an exciting three-month pop-up in Bicester. The Role Oversee the day-to-day running of the back of house operation. Manage incoming deliveries, stock movements and replenishment. Ensure stock is accurately received, organised and stored. Maintain a clean, efficient and well-organised stockroom. Coordinate stock transfers and movement between the back and front of house. Support the sales team with timely stock replenishment. Work closely with the Store Manager and wider team to support the smooth running of the pop-up. Maintain the high standards expected of a luxury fashion brand. About You Previous experience in a Back of House, Stock or Operations Management role within luxury or premium fashion retail is essential. Strong understanding of stock management and retail operations. Confident managing deliveries, stock movements and inventory. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced pop-up environment. Professional, reliable and well-presented. Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and peak trading periods. Available for the full three-month temporary assignment. Based in Bicester or able to travel easily to Bicester.
