Our client is a design focused brand, working closely with clients to create one off, fine jewellery designs. They are a small team, where everyone works together in beautiful London apartment that has been converted in to an office and studio a few minutes walk from Notting Hill Gate,

This role requires somebody process driven, who likes to work autonomously with experience in a small team in creative environment.

About the Role:

  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks as well as client meetings.

  • Accurately updating and managing all company databases, drives and manuals (taking ownership and accountability for all data)

  • Stock management including stock takes, managing returns, cleaning and merchandising.

  • Scheduling meetings, managing expenses, and making travel arrangements on behalf of management.

  • Preparing for and hosting client meetings in the studio

  • Following up on production orders, shipping, and logistics.

  • Client facing meetings supporting Director.

  • Using Google Drive and Excel to manage data, stock levels and reporting

  • 2+ years experience working in a administration capacity

  • Experience in a creative/design focused company like fashion, jewelweed, architecture, design or studio based

  • You are ambitious, love supporting others

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.

  • Native/fluent in English, other languages bonus.
