About the Role: Are you a commercially driven sales professional with a passion for luxury hospitality and a deep understanding of the UK travel industry? As Account Director, Travel Industry Sales, you will be responsible for growing revenue, market share and brand presence across the UK and Ireland for the global Four Seasons portfolio, including Hotels & Resorts, Private Residences, Villas, Four Seasons Private Jet Experience and Four Seasons Yachts. Based in our London Corporate Office with a hybrid working model, you will manage a portfolio of key Travel Industry and Wholesale accounts, building strategic partnerships and identifying new opportunities to drive long-term business growth.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute strategic sales and account plans to deliver revenue growth and exceed targets.
- Manage and grow relationships with Preferred Partner agencies, Virtuoso members, Wholesale partners and other key industry stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand penetration within existing and emerging accounts.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts across the global Four Seasons portfolio.
- Collaborate with on-property sales teams and regional stakeholders to drive commercial success.
- Lead sales missions, client events, trade shows and familiarisation trips across the UK and Ireland.
- Deliver compelling presentations, business reviews and market insights to clients and internal partners.
- Utilise CRM systems, reporting tools and performance data to manage pipelines, forecast results and uncover growth opportunities.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of sales experience within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Proven success in Travel Industry and Wholesale sales with a track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
- Strong knowledge of the UK and Ireland travel trade landscape and wholesale market.
- Existing relationships with travel advisors, agency networks and wholesale partners.
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication and presentation skills.
- A strategic, analytical and results-focused approach to account management and business development.
- Experience using CRM and reporting platforms, with strong commercial and analytical capability.
- A collaborative mindset, creative problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred and willingness to travel internationally (approximately 15-20%).
