We are a growing, high-quality landscaping and garden maintenance business working on premium residential properties across Exeter and surrounding areas. We take pride in delivering a reliable, professional service and are looking for someone who shares that standard.
Responsibilities:
- Grass cutting and lawn care
- Hedge cutting and pruning
- Weeding and general garden maintenance
- Planting and soft landscaping
- Assisting with hard landscaping projects (patios, fencing, etc.)
- Operating tools and machinery safely (mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, chippers)
- Keeping sites clean, tidy, and presentable
- Communicating professionally with clients when required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or outdoor work preferred
- Full UK driving licence (ideal but not essential)
- Good work ethic and reliability – turning up on time matters
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Attention to detail and pride in work
