Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join our team!

The role

The Pastry Demi Chef de Partie is an integral part of the Main Pastry Kitchen, serving the Rotunda, Room Service, Banqueting, and all in‑house amenities. This position will assist the Pastry Team in the preparation and production of all desserts and pastry items and maintain the smooth running of the operation.

What you will do

• Assist in the preparation, production and presentation of all pastry and dessert items
• Support senior pastry chefs with mise en place, service preparation and stock rotation
• Maintain consistent quality standards in line with Four Seasons expectations
• Contribute creative ideas for menu items, special amenities and seasonal offerings
• Uphold excellent food safety and kitchen cleanliness standards
• Organise workstations so they remain tidy, efficient and well supplied

The ideal Pastry Demi Chef de Partie will have

• A minimum of two years of professional pastry experience
• A solid understanding of pastry techniques and practical cooking knowledge
• A genuine interest in developing pastry skills in a luxury hotel environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
• Excellent communication skills with oral and written fluency in English
• A positive attitude with a collaborative approach to teamwork
