We are seeking a detail-oriented and confident Project Manager to support the coordination and execution of projects across design, marketing, ecommerce, and creative/media teams. This is a fast-paced and varied role that requires exceptional organisation, communication, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously. You will attend key meetings, oversee project workflows, manage timelines, and ensure all teams remain aligned and accountable. Working closely with the Founder/CEO and senior leadership team, you will play a central role in helping the business operate efficiently while supporting the successful delivery of campaigns, launches, and wider business initiatives.

About the Role

  • Project Coordination
    • Coordinate and attend key internal meetings across departments
    • Create, assign, and manage tasks within project management systems
    • Build and manage project timelines using Gantt charts and workflow planning tools
    • Track progress across multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
    • Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met across all teams
    • Identify potential delays or blockers and proactively implement solutions
  • Team & Workflow Management
    • Collaborate closely with design, marketing, ecommerce, and creative/media teams
    • Improve communication and workflow efficiency across departments
    • Maintain organisation across teams, calendars, and project schedules
    • Support workload and resource planning across multiple functions
    • Ensure priorities are clearly communicated and aligned business-wide
    • Provide reporting and project visibility to senior management
  • Operational Support
    • Assist with planning and coordination for campaigns, launches, and business initiatives
    • Maintain accountability and structure within fast-moving projects
    • Support scheduling, resource allocation, and operational planning
    • Help ensure smooth day-to-day project delivery across the business

About You

  • Degree educated preferred, ideally in Business Management, Project Management, Operations, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2-3 years' experience within a project management or coordination role
  • Experience using project management platforms, timeline planning tools, and Gantt charts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience coordinating teams and maintaining accountability across departments
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to keep projects progressing efficiently
  • Experience within agency, creative, ecommerce, or operational environments beneficial
