The Role
As a Luxury Womenswear Sales Associate, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, offering expert styling advice and supporting the day-to-day running of a premium womenswear environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, personalised shopping experience.
- Build strong relationships with clients and confidently understand their individual style, preferences and requirements.
- Offer knowledgeable styling advice, helping clients select clothing, accessories and complete looks.
- Maximise sales opportunities through product knowledge, upselling, cross-selling and clienteling.
- Maintain excellent standards across the sales floor, ensuring the store remains polished, organised and inviting.
- Support customers with fitting rooms, styling appointments, cash desk operations, gift wrapping and other in-store services.
- Develop strong knowledge of womenswear collections, fabrics, fits, trends and brand heritage.
- Assist with stock deliveries, replenishment, transfers and maintaining an organised stockroom.
- Represent prestigious womenswear brands with confidence, professionalism and a strong attention to detail.

About You
- Previous experience within luxury womenswear or premium fashion retail is essential.
