The Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will be a passionate brand ambassador, delivering an elevated and personalised client experience within a luxury retail environment.
You will be responsible for building genuine, long-term client relationships, developing a strong client book and bringing the brand story and product craftsmanship to life through engaging storytelling and expert product knowledge.
Working closely with the Store Manager and wider retail team, you will play an important role in achieving commercial targets while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing store environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised luxury client experience from the initial interaction through to post-purchase follow-up, ensuring every client interaction is memorable.
- Build and develop a strong portfolio of clients through proactive outreach, appointment booking, follow-ups, event invitations and VIP engagement.
- Develop long-term client relationships that encourage loyalty, repeat business and referrals, while maintaining accurate client information within CRM systems.
- Become an expert in the brand's story, craftsmanship, materials, sustainability commitments and charitable initiatives, using authentic storytelling to create an emotional connection with clients.
- Confidently communicate product design, functionality and craftsmanship, while staying up to date with new launches, seasonal collections and key business priorities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and retail KPIs, including conversion, average transaction value, units per transaction, CRM capture and repeat purchase.
- Identify opportunities to maximise sales through thoughtful product recommendations, styling solutions and strong commercial awareness.
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the store, maintaining excellent visual merchandising and housekeeping standards while contributing to a positive team culture, store events and client appointments.
- Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within luxury, premium fashion or premium lifestyle retail.
- Strong clienteling experience, with evidence of building and retaining a client book.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of retail KPIs.
