The Role

We are seeking an experienced Boutique Manager to lead one of the brand's flagship London boutiques.

This is a full‑time position where you will take ownership of the day‑to‑day running of the store, driving commercial performance while delivering an exceptional luxury client experience.

As the face of the brand, you will inspire and develop a high‑performing team, ensuring the boutique consistently reflects the highest standards of service, presentation and operational excellence.

Working closely with senior management and international teams, you will play a key role in achieving sales objectives, strengthening client relationships and maintaining the boutique as a leading destination within the luxury retail market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and develop the boutique team to deliver exceptional luxury customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
  • Drive commercial performance by monitoring KPIs, maximising opportunities and implementing business strategies.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all aspects of the boutique reflect the company's premium image and service standards.
  • Oversee visual merchandising, boutique presentation and operational excellence to maintain a world‑class retail environment.
  • Create an engaging team culture through coaching, regular performance reviews, training and ongoing development.
  • Manage staffing schedules and daily operations to optimise customer service and business performance.
  • Collaborate with regional and international teams on stock management, product assortment and seasonal launches.
  • Ensure all company policies, operational procedures and compliance standards are consistently maintained.
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience as a Boutique Manager or Store Manager within luxury fashion, accessories or premium retail.
  • Proven success in leading teams and delivering strong commercial results.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching and people development skills.
  • Strong clienteling experience with a passion for delivering personalised luxury service.
  • Commercially aware with excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Confident communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced luxury retail environment.
  • Flexible, proactive and adaptable with a positive, hands‑on approach.
  • Additional language skills, particularly French, would be advantageous but are not essential.
