Four Seasons Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious luxury footwear brand to recruit an Assistant Store Manager for their boutique in Mayfair. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced luxury retail professional to join a dynamic boutique environment, supporting the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial success.
The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the boutique, leading and motivating the team, and ensuring the highest standards of service and presentation are consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the boutique
- Leading, coaching, and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Overseeing operational processes including stock management, deliveries, and after-sales service
- Taking responsibility for the boutique and team in the Store Manager's absence
- Driving sales performance through strong commercial awareness and clientelling initiatives
- Maintaining impeccable brand standards across all areas of the boutique
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Previous experience within luxury retail, ideally across footwear, accessories, or ready-to-wear
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to confidently support and manage a team
- Excellent clientelling abilities and a passion for building long-term relationships with high-value clients
- Proven experience coaching, developing, and motivating retail teams
- Strong sales ability with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with the confidence to contribute to business growth
- Fluent English communication skills; Arabic language skills would be considered a strong advantage
