A contemporary British fine jewellery business founded in 2022 and based in London's Hatton Garden. The brand specialises in bespoke engagement rings, wedding bands and elevated everyday jewellery, combining traditional craftsmanship with a modern, understated aesthetic. Its collections feature 18ct gold, diamonds and coloured gemstones, with a focus on timeless yet distinctive designs intended to become lifelong pieces. All bespoke jewellery is handcrafted in London, with a strong emphasis on personalisation and a highly tailored client experience.

Founded by a qualified gemmologist with experience within established luxury jewellery houses, the business offers a more personal and accessible approach to fine jewellery, sitting between traditional heritage maisons and contemporary independent designers.

The Role

A luxury brand is seeking an experienced, full-time Brand Manager to oversee its day-to-day marketing activity. Working closely with the Founder and external agency partners, the successful candidate will play a key role in developing and delivering the brand's global marketing and communications strategy, as well as overseeing major campaigns. The role will bring the brand to life across social media, email, gifting and events, ensuring a consistent identity and experience across all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Calendar: Translate the annual marketing plan into monthly and weekly activity plans, launch timelines and creative briefs. Maintain and oversee the marketing calendar, Trello and planning presentations.
  • Social Media: Oversee Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn activity, working alongside the Social and Content Lead to manage content planning, briefing, approvals, community management and performance.
  • Email and CRM: Lead the email marketing and CRM strategy, including campaign communications, automated customer journeys, post-purchase engagement, aftercare, bespoke customer nurturing and database growth.
  • Gifting and Influencer Management: Oversee the gifting programme, ShopMy platform and studio sessions as part of the wider influencer and VIP strategy. Monitor gifting activity, tracking resulting content and associated sales. Work with external partners on stylist loans, influencer strategy and brand partnerships.
  • Events and Trunk Shows: Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop marketing and communications strategies for brand events, trunk shows and retail trade shows across different markets. Collaborate with external partners to ensure successful execution.
  • Campaign and Launch Delivery: Translate creative campaign direction into market-ready activity, overseeing asset roll-outs, website and email updates, paid media briefs, retail materials and press assets.
  • Freelancer and Agency Management: Brief, schedule and oversee external partners across design, video, email, web and paid media. Manage day-to-day activity and oversee both business-as-usual and e-commerce photoshoots.
  • Performance and Reporting: Manage the marketing performance dashboard, monitoring website traffic, social media engagement, email performance, attributed sales and bespoke enquiries by source. Provide weekly updates to the Founder and monthly performance reviews with the wider team.
  • Budget Management: Take ownership of the annual marketing budget, monitoring expenditure against allocated budgets across gifting, merchandise, events, freelancers, PR and graphic design.
  • Creative Project Management: Oversee brand projects across both digital and physical channels, ensuring all teams are appropriately briefed and that communications remain consistent across every customer touchpoint.

Candidate Profile

A minimum of 5 years' experience in brand or marketing management, ideally within luxury, fine jewellery, fashion or a founder-led direct-to-consumer business. Highly organised and commercially minded, with the ability to manage marketing calendars, budgets and multiple external partners simultaneously.
