Four Seasons Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Store Manager to join a premium fashion brand in Bicester. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident retail leader to take ownership of a high-performing store, lead a large team and deliver an exceptional customer experience within a premium fashion environment.
The Role
As Store Manager, you will take responsibility for the overall performance and day-to-day operation of the store, leading and developing a team of colleagues.
You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining high operational standards and creating a positive, motivating environment where your team can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop a large retail team, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.
- Recruit, onboard and coach team members, supporting their ongoing development and progression.
- Take full ownership of store performance, working towards and exceeding sales and commercial targets.
- Drive sales through strong leadership, clienteling and exceptional customer service.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management, cash handling, health & safety and company procedures.
- Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities to maximise commercial results.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build strong, lasting client relationships.
- Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining the highest standards of presentation, styling and service.
- Maintain high visual merchandising and product presentation standards.
- Complete operational and management tasks to a high standard and within required deadlines.
- Work closely with the wider management and regional teams to support the continued success of the store.
- Support the delivery of key brand initiatives, launches and commercial events.
About You
- Previous Store Management experience within luxury retail, fashion, premium clothing or a similar high-end environment.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills, with experience managing and developing a large team.
- Commercially driven with a strong understanding of sales targets, KPIs and store performance.
- Experience working within a high-footfall retail or outlet environment would be advantageous.
- Highly organised, adaptable and confident managing a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong understanding of clienteling and building long-term customer relationships.
- A natural team player who leads by example and enjoys developing others.
- Professional, polished and confident, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and available to work across store opening hours, including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
