The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate retail professional to work within a luxury environment, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Deliver a highly personalised and knowledgeable customer experience.
- Build genuine relationships with clients and understand their individual needs and preferences.
- Provide confident product recommendations and styling advice across a luxury retail environment.
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and strong product knowledge.
- Maintain impeccable standards across the shop floor, ensuring the store is presented to the highest level.
- Support fitting rooms, till operations, gift wrapping, and other aspects of the customer journey.
- Assist with deliveries, replenishment, stock transfers, and maintaining an organised stockroom.
- Represent a prestigious luxury brand with professionalism, confidence, and a polished approach.
- Work closely with the wider team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Contribute to a welcoming and engaging store environment that reflects the brand's values and standards.
About You
- Previous experience in luxury or premium retail is essential.
- Strong knowledge of and genuine passion for luxury fashion, retail, and customer service.
- Confident engaging with a diverse range of customers and building long-term client relationships.
- Commercially driven, with experience working towards sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polished, personable, and professional with a strong eye for detail.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexible and available to work weekdays, weekends, and peak trading periods.
- Based in Bicester or able to travel easily to Bicester.
