The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to support the leadership of their London boutique.
Working closely with the Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving commercial success, delivering an exceptional client experience, and developing a high-performing retail team.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operation of the boutique, ensuring excellence across sales, service, and operational performance.
- Inspire, coach, and develop the team through regular training, mentoring, and performance feedback, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Take ownership of the boutique in the Store Manager's absence, leading the team with confidence while ensuring business objectives are achieved.
- Champion an elevated client experience by encouraging personalised styling, appointment selling, CRM activity, and long-term relationship building.
- Build and nurture relationships with VIP clients, local communities, personal shoppers, and key partners to drive client acquisition and loyalty.
