Senior Sales Associate – Luxury Women’s Ready-to-Wear

Location: Sloane Street, London
Salary: £39,000 basic + excellent commission
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Sales Associate to join a prestigious luxury women’s ready-to-wear boutique on Sloane Street, London.

This is an exciting opportunity for a polished, commercially driven luxury retail professional with a genuine passion for high‑end fashion, exceptional client service and building long‑lasting client relationships.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in luxury fashion, ideally women’s ready‑to‑wear, alongside proven experience in clienteling, personal styling and developing a valuable client book.

Working within a close‑knit boutique team, you will play an important role in delivering a highly personalised shopping experience, developing client relationships and contributing to the continued commercial success of the boutique.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, highly personalised luxury shopping experience to every client.
• Build, maintain and continuously develop a strong client book, driving loyalty and repeat business.
• Proactively engage with existing and prospective clients through private appointments, personalised communication and follow‑ups.
• Drive sales through expert styling, product knowledge, cross‑selling and upselling.
• Develop long‑term relationships with VIP, high‑net‑worth and international clientele.
• Support private client appointments, exclusive events, collection launches and other client‑focused activities.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of luxury ready‑to‑wear, including fabrics, fit, craftsmanship and styling.
• Maintain the highest standards of boutique presentation, visual merchandising and brand representation.
• Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and wider team to achieve boutique sales objectives.
• Act as a senior member of the team, sharing best practices and supporting colleagues when required.

About You

• Previous experience within luxury fashion retail, ideally luxury women’s ready‑to‑wear.
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering strong commercial results.
• Excellent clienteling skills, with experience building, managing and developing a valuable client book.
• Experience working with VIP, high‑net‑worth and international clientele.
• A genuine passion for luxury women’s fashion, personal styling and delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Strong product knowledge and an understanding of luxury craftsmanship, fabrics and styling.
• Good awareness of visual merchandising, boutique presentation and luxury service standards.
• A polished, professional approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and confident working within a small, collaborative team.
• Experience supporting private appointments, client events and exclusive launches would be advantageous.
• Previous experience within the Knightsbridge, Sloane Street or wider Central London luxury market would be beneficial.
