As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will be representing the brand and supporting them as they open their new flagship boutique in the heart of Mayfair. You will be meticulous and ambitious in your approach, focused on consistently delivering elevated customer service.
£35,000 + commission and amazing benefits
The role:
- Obtaining thorough brand history and product knowledge
- Working closely within a team under pressure, supporting colleagues and managers
- Working towards monthly store targets
- Nurturing and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Engaging selling ceremony and storytelling to every customer
- Personalising reach-out campaigns to complete CRM tasks
- Organising and holding private client appointments
- Adhering to impeccable standards through immaculate grooming, presentation and communication
