• Delivering a standout brand experience for customers
• Providing outstanding customer service, ensuring each visitor feels valued and informed
• Sharing expert knowledge about luxury and expedition apparel
• Providing insights into outdoor experiences, travel, and extreme environments
• Ensuring top-tier display and merchandising standards
• Maintaining store standards and contributing to a welcoming, high-performance retail environment

About You:

• A proven track record and passion for customer service, ideally in the luxury or performance sectors
• Knowledgeable or experienced in outdoor activities, travel, and adventure
• Familiar with technical apparel, including materials, construction, and performance
• An excellent verbal communicator, confident in sharing your expertise
• A strong team player with a “challenge accepted” mindset
