The Role
We are looking for experienced Luxury Sales Associates to support prestigious luxury brands across London during the busy seasonal trading period.
As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, offering expert product advice and supporting the day-to-day running of a luxury retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, personalised shopping experience.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual preferences and requirements.
- Offer knowledgeable product advice, helping customers find the perfect items for their needs.
- Maintain excellent standards across the sales floor, ensuring the store remains polished, organised and inviting.
- Assist with stock deliveries, replenishment, transfers and maintaining an organised stockroom.
- Represent prestigious brands with confidence, professionalism and excellent attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve individual and store-wide commercial targets.
- Adapt quickly to a fast-paced retail environment while consistently maintaining luxury service standards.
About You
- Previous experience within luxury or premium retail is essential.
- A genuine passion for luxury products, fashion, style and delivering an elevated customer experience.
- Strong product knowledge and an understanding of luxury brands and current trends.
- Proven ability to build rapport with clients and contribute towards sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, polished and professional, with a natural ability to engage with customers.
- Proactive, reliable and comfortable working as part of a high-performing retail team.
- Flexible and available to work across weekdays, weekends and peak trading periods.
- London-based or able to travel easily across London.
