About the Role
A leading premium retail brand is seeking a passionate and experienced Boutique Leader to manage the sales and operations of its newly opened flagship boutique located in Covent Garden, London. This high-visibility role reports directly to the Business Boutique Manager (BBM), who is responsible for the overarching strategic direction of the boutique. The Boutique Leader will be instrumental in translating this vision into operational and commercial excellence on the shop floor. This role combines leadership, operational management, and the ability to inspire a high-performing team in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the boutique’s commercial performance.
- Foster a culture of excellence in customer service, ensuring every customer interaction reflects a premium experience.
- Implement and execute commercial strategies aligned with the BBM’s direction to drive performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain flagship standards across all boutique operations, ensuring the space is prepared for regular senior leadership visits and consistently delivers best-in-class performance.
- Lead by example on the shop floor, motivating and empowering the team to reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with the BBM and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with marketing, brand, operational initiatives, and local community engagement.

- Proven experience in retail leadership, ideally within a high-end or fast-paced environment.
- Confidence managing a high-profile boutique with visibility to senior stakeholders.
- A strong background in delivering exceptional customer service, supported by excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commercially astute, with experience in decision-making and action planning to achieve results.
- A strategic, proactive mindset that can uphold brand standards while managing dynamic, day-to-day retail operations.
- Previous experience managing a team, with working knowledge of HR best practices.
