I am currently working with a pioneer of the fine jewellery world, a brand that is internationally admired for their diamond craftsmanship and the uniqueness of their products. The brand’s desire to create objects of rare beauty has made them renowned for their distinct and unique style.
As an ambassador within the Flagship boutique, you are responsible for welcoming clients, introducing them to the heritage of the brand, and ensuring exceptional customer experience is maintained whilst achieving sales targets. As a Sales Advisor, you will play an essential part in the smooth running of the boutique and seamless customer journey.
Role and Responsibilities:- Achieving sales objectives and targets.
- Developing and maintaining a close network of loyal clientele.
- Attending social functions within the community to generate new clientele; invite current and prospective clients to in-store events.
- Supporting with in-store displays each morning; assure displays are broken down each evening and products are stored in the safe every evening.
- Providing excellent customer service. Follow up on after sales service/follow repair process from start to finish.
- Implementing policies and procedures established by the company, i.e. security policy, consignment, after sales service, valuation request, Human Resources policies, etc.
- Educating clients on product quality and standards.
- Maintaining the aesthetic quality of the store.
- Strong fine jewellery experience and knowledge is essential for this role.
- Strong knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewellery is essential. GIA or similar certification is preferable.
- Established and transferrable client book.
- Self-starter.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Presentable and authentic.
- Knowledge and understanding of slow sales.
- Fluent in English. Additional language is advantageous.
- Up to £60,000 per annum.
