Senior Manager - Service Management

We are working with a prestigious luxury leather goods brand known for its exquisite craftsmanship, timeless design, and elegance. They are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stockroom Manager to join their team and contribute to maintaining the high standards of operational excellence for which the brand is renowned. The Stockroom Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of the stockroom, ensuring that inventory is well-organised, accurately recorded, and readily available for retail and e-commerce sales. Oversee the organisation, storage, and stock control of luxury leather goods and related accessories. Ensure stock levels are accurately recorded and maintain systems to track inventory movements. Process incoming deliveries, ensuring goods are inspected, tagged, and placed in their correct locations. Work closely with the sales team to monitor product availability and ensure timely stock replenishment. Lead and manage the stockroom team, providing guidance, training, and support. Conduct regular stock audits and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Assist with seasonal stock takes and manage returns and exchanges as necessary. Previous experience in stockroom management, inventory control, or logistics, preferably in the luxury retail or fashion industry. Proficient in stock control systems and inventory management processes.
