£28k – £30k plus bonus

We are looking for an experienced receptionist to join our Client’s wonderful team in their flagship store located in the heart of Piccadilly. Renowned for their timeless tailoring and impeccable craftsmanship, this role will play a vital part in delivering a seamless and memorable experience for every visitor. Ensuring a warm welcome at all times, provide day-to-day administrative support, and work closely with the retail team to assist with customer needs, repairs, and sales support when required.

The Role:

  • Greeting and welcoming all visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Answering and directing all incoming calls and emails in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Providing basic product or store information and assist with general customer enquiries.
  • Supporting the sales team during busy periods, including assisting with fitting room coordination, customer service, or packaging.
  • Managing and tracking all customer repairs and alterations, liaising with tailors and keeping clients updated on timelines.
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings for staff or clients as needed.
  • Maintaining the front-of-house area to reflect the high standards of the brand.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Providing general administrative assistance to the store management team.
  • Ensuring excellent personal presentation in line with brand standards.

About You:

  • An exceptionally well-presented with a polished, professional manner.
  • A warm, approachable and confident communicator.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or reception role, ideally in luxury or heritage retail.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Comfortable assisting with sales or customer service when needed.
  • Experience managing customer repairs or alterations is a plus.
  • A natural ambassador for the brand, with a genuine appreciation for British heritage and classic style.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
