We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and discreet Office Manager to join an emerging, luxury fashion brand. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting senior leadership while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Head Office.

About the Role

  • Manage the CEO's diary, scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Arrange travel and logistics for external meetings
  • Oversee the smooth running of the Head Office
  • Welcome and manage visitors, ensuring a professional experience
  • Order and maintain office supplies, including kitchen and facility essentials
  • Liaise with cleaning staff and maintenance providers to ensure high standards
  • Manage office-related expenses and ensure bills are paid on time in coordination with accounts
  • Support documentation processes (e.g. DHL shipments) and monitor budget spend
  • Assist with onboarding new starters, ensuring equipment and setup are ready
  • Maintain HR records, including holidays, absences, and sickness tracking
  • Provide basic IT support (e.g. connecting laptops to screens)
  • Organise and maintain the sample room and coordinate sample sales

About You

  • 6 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury fashion brand
  • A high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
  • A flexible, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • High energy, professionalism, and a polished presentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and HR systems
