About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic Senior Stylist & Boutique Supervisor to join their London boutique team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable bridal experiences while ensuring the boutique runs seamlessly.
As a Senior Stylist, you will guide brides on their journey to finding the dress of their dreams, offering expert styling advice and personalized consultations. Your role will involve curating looks that reflect each bride’s unique vision, maintaining exceptional knowledge of our designer collections, and delivering an unparalleled level of service.
As Boutique Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day operations of the boutique, ensuring everything runs smoothly in the manager’s absence. This includes overseeing the diary, handling client concerns with professionalism, and communicating key updates to management. You will also uphold the boutique’s immaculate presentation and brand ethos at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-to-one bridal consultations, providing expert advice and styling guidance.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our designer collections and current bridal trends.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and foster lasting client relationships.
- Support boutique operations, including diary management and addressing client queries or concerns when the manager is away.
- Communicate important updates and feedback to the manager promptly.
- Contribute to inventory organization and visual merchandising.
