Four Seasons Recruitment are working with a contemporary womens fashion brand, who are in need of an interim Production Coordinator for 2 months commencing 1st June. This role ensures all production activities align with the company's commercial objectives, quality standards, and critical path deadlines.

About the Role:

  • Manage and monitor the full production critical path in line with company timelines and deadlines
  • Plan seasonal unit projections and oversee the pre-booking of factory production capacity
  • Lead the management of factory schedules, production tracking, and delivery timelines
  • Review, approve and place all bulk fabric and trim orders, coordinating logistics with internal teams
  • Negotiate manufacturing and material costs, maintaining target margins and business profitability
  • Monitor operational costs and margins throughout development and production, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards
  • Ensure product quality aligns with the brand's aesthetic and technical standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth transitions between development, production, and delivery stages

About You:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in luxury apparel production
  • Proven ability to manage multi-product categories within luxury apparel
  • Excellent negotiation, supplier management, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production management systems
