We are partnering with a London-based premium fashion and jewellery brand to appoint an experienced ECommerce and Key Account Manager, to lead online growth, expand market share, and drive commercial performance.

The Role

Reporting to the UK GM, this is a pivotal role for a commercially astute digital leader who can blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will own the e-commerce roadmap, strengthen existing partnerships, and identify new business development opportunities to elevate the brand's digital presence in the luxury sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with brand and revenue objectives
  • Drive online sales growth and increase market share within the premium fashion and jewellery space
  • Identify and secure new digital partnerships, marketplaces, and commercial opportunities
  • Manage and grow existing key accounts and third-party platforms
  • Optimise website performance, UX, and conversion rates
  • Lead digital trading, merchandising, and promotional planning
  • Analyse performance metrics and deliver data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, brand, and operations teams
  • Manage external agencies and technology partners

About You

  • Proven experience as an E-Commerce Key Account Manager (or similar) within premium fashion or jewellery
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable experience growing online revenue and market share
  • Experience in business development and managing strategic partnerships
  • Skilled in digital trading, performance analysis, and optimisation
  • Strong understanding of luxury customer behaviour and brand positioning
  • Analytical, strategic, and highly results-driven
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
