A luxury brand that blends artisanal craftsmanship with a rebellious spirit is seeking a Cashier. The philosophy centres on making high-quality, often unique items driven by inspiration rather than market trends. Products are produced in limited quantities, ensuring rarity and desirability, with a distinctive aesthetic that has built a loyal, fashion-forward following.

The Cashier provides clerical support for both front and back of house operations in store. Responsibilities include:

  • Processing and ensuring the accuracy of all transactions (including receptions, CRM, SKUs, monetary payment, and client verification).
  • Providing administration support for after sales services when needed.
  • Accurately recording points of sales transactions at the register: processing sales, sends, repairs, assisting in the preparation of opening and closing procedures with management.
  • Organising and prioritising the workstation and selling floor to support the sales effort: ensuring all items (bags, boxes, notecards, ribbon, POS station and the like) are always stocked, maintaining selling floor merchandising standards.
  • Recording accurate and detailed CRM details that provide meaningful details of purchase history and sales analysis.
  • Collaborating with sales and service associates to prepare for and manage appointment schedules.
  • Answering phones in a timely manner and exhibiting friendly and appropriate customer service.
  • Consistently providing high levels of service to clients: prompt and friendly greeting, offering assistance and answering questions, and helping with wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
  • Supporting sales and stock team with physical product management (ticketing, case sheets, returning merchandise to the floor).
  • Assisting in maintaining an accurate inventory through completing inventory checks and cycle counts as needed.
  • Displaying a thorough comprehension of, and remaining up to date on, Product Knowledge and Company news.
  • Being a positive role model representing the brand at all times.
  • Building and maintaining good working relationships with the Management Team, Peers, and other Store Teams.
  • Adhering to all retail policies and procedures.
  • Following all health and safety guidelines.
  • Sending and tracking special orders.
  • Preparing cash for Loomis.
  • Updating daily sales.
  • Updating customer waiting lists.

Salary: £39,000. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 10.30 am - 7.30 pm. Uniform allowance after passing probation.
