Job Description

We are partnering with a luxury footwear brand who are looking for an Assistant Manager to join their Boutique in Mayfair. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations of the boutique while upholding the highest standards of customer experience and brand presentation. You will play a key role in coaching and motivating the team, driving sales performance, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in the daily running of the boutique.
  • Lead, guide, and inspire the team to deliver outstanding client service.
  • Oversee store operations including stock management, deliveries, and after-sales processes.
  • Act as a key decision-maker and leader in the Store Manager’s absence.
  • Drive business goals through effective sales initiatives and strong clientelling activities.

The ideal candidate will:

  • (Preferred) Speak Arabic, in addition to fluent English.
  • Have previous experience in luxury retail, ideally within footwear, accessories, or ready-to-wear.
  • Demonstrate strong sales ability with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Possess excellent clientelling skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with high-value clients.
  • Exhibit strong leadership qualities and be confident managing the sales team in the Store Manager’s absence.
  • Have experience coaching, developing, and motivating retail teams.
  • Be proactive, commercially minded, and confident in contributing to business growth.
