Assistant Gallery Manager – Global Flagship
Chelsea, London

As the Assistant Gallery Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our Client’s Global Flagship showroom. You will use your organisation skills and operational excellence to ensure the smooth running of the showroom, alongside driving sales and building lasting relationships with key accounts.

The Role:
- Supporting the Gallery Manager in driving team sales and achieving assigned gallery targets and KPIs.
- Ensuring the gallery team delivers personalised and luxury service, exceeding customer expectations at every touchpoint.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and capitalising on sales opportunities.
- Supporting the Gallery Manager in leading, motivating, and developing the gallery team.
- Assisting with team training, coaching, and performance management.
- Ensuring a thorough understanding and adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Generating and managing revenue reports
- Assisting with budget management
- Supporting on the organisation of events, attending and executing to the highest standards
- Operating the POS system efficiently and accurately, handling transactions and cash management
- Managing inventory, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
About You:
- At least 3+ years of management experience in a retail/hospitality environment, ideally within the luxury sector.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.
- Strong communication (both written and verbal)
- Faultless organisation skills
- Proactive and results-oriented
- Commercially minded
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Word and Excel. Computer literacy is essential.
- A genuine passion for customer experience
- Flexibility around working varied hours
- Experience with retail software/POS systems.
The Package:
- ÂŁ33,000 basic per annum (ÂŁ60,000 OTE per annum)
