This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 6 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including La Dame de Pic (French cuisine, 2*Michelin Star), Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dinning, afternoon tea & bar).

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and have a keen eye for detail? We’re looking for a Valet Attendant to join our dedicated Laundry & Valet team at Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge.

About the Role:
As a Valet Attendant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests and team members always look their best. You’ll be responsible for the careful handling, processing, and finishing of guest clothing and employee uniforms to the highest standards. You’ll also manage the collection and delivery of garments with efficiency and care.

What You’ll Do:

  • Receive, categorize, and process guest and staff garments with precision and attention to detail

  • Ensure all items are cleaned, pressed, and returned to the highest standards

  • Coordinate timely pick-up and delivery of clothing to guest rooms

  • Maintain accurate records of items received and returned

  • Communicate clearly and courteously with guests and colleagues

  • Support the wider laundry team as needed to ensure smooth daily operations

What You Bring:

  • Ideally, you’ll have at least one year of experience in a similar role

  • You have excellent communication skills and a good command of English, both spoken and written

  • You take pride in your appearance and present yourself professionally at all times

  • You’re service-oriented, proactive, and always ready to go the extra mile to delight our guests
