This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar).
The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square is nestled at the heart of this iconic building. Harmoniously constructed around the historical footprint of the property, the Spa is a sensory journey where welcoming elliptical spaces, elegant finishes and the spirit of bygone days take on a contemporary feel as you are guided on a path to self-discovery. A sanctuary in the heart of the City, the spa offers a thoughtful collection of effective, beneficial and result-driven treatments, created to address balance and restore equilibrium to mind and body on the ultimate journey to well-being.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all Spa and Fitness areas
- Ensure all guest amenities and supplies are fully stocked
- Support the Spa Therapists and Reception team with daily operations
- Provide warm and professional guest interactions, including Spa orientation
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Uphold Four Seasons standards of service and presentation
What we’re looking for:
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
- Previous experience in a Spa, wellness or housekeeping environment is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Friendly, approachable and confident communicator
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
- Right to work in the UK
