Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator to join our team.
What you will do:
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting senior members of the sales team handling group and leisure.

Handle reactive group inquiries from initial lead to signed contract, with a preference for experience in meetings, events, and group bookings.

Provide full support to the Senior Sales Manager across both Reservations and Sales coordination.

Organize and coordinate site visits, show rounds, and events.
-
Support with travel arrangements for clients and team members as needed.

Assist in maintaining accurate reports and supporting overall sales planning efforts.
What we are looking for:

At least one years’ experience in a similar role.

Strong interpersonal, organisational and administrative/computer skills.

Must be fluent in written and spoken English.

Confident and professional telephone manner.

Knowledge of Opera and Salesforce systems preferred.

Flexibility to travel other UK properties (if needed) and to work on weekends and varied shifts.

On-site role at Four Seasons Park Lane London.
