About the location: Set in the heart of the City, overlooking Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, Tower Bridge is the starting point for discovering London’s historic past, alongside its exhilarating present. As impressive inside as out, this famous five-star hotel remains the centre of attention, as a new chapter begins in its history. This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar).
The role: You will play a key part in supporting the commercial success of the hotel through exceptional organisation and a strong eye for detail. This position is ideal for someone with previous experience in luxury hospitality who enjoys administrative work, thrives in a busy environment, and is passionate about delivering service excellence, and wants to grow their career in Commercial.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide administrative support for the sales team including contracts, billing, reports, and purchase orders.
- Maintain and update data in Salesforce (Golden Sales & Catering) and Opera PMS, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate group requests, assist with leisure segment reservations, and prepare all details related to site inspections.
- Track and analyse commercial performance metrics, including monthly scorecards and segmentation data as well as Daily Revenue reports.
- Support in inventory control as well as offers and promotions.
- Support preparation of annual budgets, marketing plans, and sales goals.
- Assist with data-driven decisions by contributing to trend analysis and group evaluations.
- Support commercial initiatives across departments to ensure a seamless and aligned approach.
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or sales support role, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Ideally possess working knowledge of Salesforce, Opera PMS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency.
- Proactive, organised, and collaborative mindset with a passion for service excellence.
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism.
- A genuine interest in commercial strategy, data, and luxury hospitality.
