The role: This role is an important part of our overnight kitchen team, where you will help create a caring and supportive environment behind the scenes. You will be someone our culinary colleagues can rely on, making sure the heart of house is clean, organised and ready for a new day. Your work will have a direct impact on the smooth running of the hotel, helping the team deliver the warm and thoughtful service that our guests return for time and again.
What you will do:
- Ensure each outlet and function has an adequate supply of clean dishes and silverware.
- Keep the kitchen and the “heart of the house” clean and safe.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the pot wash and dishwasher areas for the kitchen and staff restaurant.
- Maintain all restaurant and kitchen materials.
- Follow the hotel’s recycling policy.
- Ensure cleanliness in back-of-house areas.
What you bring:
- Experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to carry heavy equipment is required.
- The ability to speak English fluently is required.
- Ability to work overnight shifts.
- Must have work authorization for the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available for the role.
