The Overnight Guest Services Agent is an integral part of the Guest Services Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests are well looked after from the start. The candidate will manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring swift and complete service, and will work during the overnight shift as a full-time permanent employee.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure guests are well looked after from the start.
  • Manage guest arrivals and departures swiftly and completely.
  • Provide seamless service during the overnight shift.

Qualifications

  • Current, clean driving licence in the UK/EU.
  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Warm welcoming smile, positive attitude and knowledge of the local area.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and operate comfortably in all weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication, guest contact and organisational skills.
  • Previous experience as a Luggage Porter / Bell Attendant is beneficial but not required.
  • Right to work in the UK.

This is a full-time permanent overnight position.
