About the location: Set in the heart of the City, overlooking Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, Tower Bridge is the starting point for discovering London’s historic past, alongside its exhilarating present. This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments, a stunning ballroom, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar).
As a Waiter or Waitress in Rotunda, you will deliver a polished, attentive, and personalised dining experience across breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and evening service. You will be responsible for guiding guests through the menu, serving food and beverages with confidence, and ensuring every interaction reflects Four Seasons standards.
What you will do:
- Deliver attentive and professional food and beverage service in line with Four Seasons standards
- Build strong menu knowledge, confidently explaining dishes, drinks, and recommendations
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely service
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Prepare and maintain tables and service areas to a high standard
- Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience, including upselling where appropriate
- Respond to guest requests and feedback with care and efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment at all times
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience as a waiter or waitress in a hotel, restaurant, or similar environment
- Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with guests
- Good knowledge of food, beverage, or willingness to learn
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and organisational skills
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
