As part of our overnight In‐Room Dining team, you will play a key role in delivering seamless room service while supporting the smooth running of operations overnight. On Coordinator shifts, you will manage all in‐room dining orders received via telephone and mobile platform, ensuring accuracy, clear communication, and efficient distribution to the kitchen and service teams. On Server shifts, you will deliver food and beverages to guest rooms with professionalism, discretion, and warmth, creating a refined dining experience in the privacy of the guest’s room.

What you will do

  • As In‐Room Dining Night Coordinator
    • Receive and process guest orders via telephone and mobile app
    • Provide confident menu knowledge and answer guest queries clearly
    • Communicate orders accurately to kitchen and service teams
    • Coordinate special menus, events, and overnight requests
    • Ensure correct billing procedures and order tracking
  • As In‐Room Dining Night Server
    • Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms with professionalism and care
    • Set up and clear service in line with Four Seasons standards
    • Maintain discretion, calmness, and attention to detail overnight
    • Respond politely and efficiently to guest requests
    • Support cleanliness and organisation of service areas

Across both elements of the role, you will uphold Four Seasons standards for quality, service, and warmth.

Working pattern

  • Five nights per week
  • Overnight schedule: 10.30pm to 7.00am
  • Hybrid role typically split across three Coordinator shifts and two Server shifts
