Our Housekeeping team plays a vital role in maintaining the comfort, care, and exceptional standards our guests know us for — and we are now looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Coordinator to join our team. As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you will support the smooth, efficient operation of the department, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are beautifully presented and that communication flows seamlessly between Housekeeping and the wider hotel. This is a key administrative and operational role that combines organisation, teamwork, and exceptional guest service.

What you will do:

  • Coordinate daily room assignments and update room status throughout the shift
  • Support the Housekeeping managers and supervisors with operational tasks
  • Respond to guest requests promptly and with a warm, professional manner
  • Ensure lost & found procedures are followed and accurately logged
  • Communicate effectively with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments
  • Track linen, amenities, and supply levels and assist with ordering when needed
  • Assist with scheduling, record keeping, and administrative duties
  • Uphold Four Seasons standards of luxury, professionalism, and service excellence.
