This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar).
We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance to join our leadership team at Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge. This is a pivotal role, responsible for guiding the financial strategy of the hotel while safeguarding its assets and ensuring operational excellence.
What you will do:
- Lead all aspects of hotel financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis
- Safeguard the hotel's assets and ensure financial integrity across all departments
- Provide clear, timely financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership and ownership
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate policies and management agreements
- Develop and mentor the Finance team, fostering growth and succession planning
- Collaborate with other department heads to support operational efficiency and strategic goals
- Represent Finance in Executive Committee meetings and contribute to hotel-wide decision-making
The Director of Finance role:
- A minimum of five years' experience in a senior finance role, ideally within luxury hospitality
- Strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
- A degree in Finance or Hospitality Management is preferred, though relevant experience is equally valued
- A high level of integrity, attention to detail and strategic thinking
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
