Located in the heart of the City of London, Ten Trinity Square Private Club represents a unique partnership between Reignwood Group, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Château Latour; conceived as a place of purpose where outstanding individuals can meet in a relaxed setting for the sharing of ideas, perspective and aspirations.
As Club Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our Members, delivering a warm welcome and consistently exceptional service. This multifaceted role supports both the Events and Membership Sales teams, while also managing Member Relations and overseeing the Club Reception. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Club and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
What you will do:
- Greet and assist Members and guests with professionalism and discretion
- Provide administrative support to the Events and Membership departments
- Maintain accurate Member records and assist with onboarding new Members
- Coordinate Club communications and respond to Member enquiries
- Support the planning and execution of Club events
- Ensure the reception area and Club spaces are impeccably presented at all times
What you bring:
- Previous experience in a luxury hospitality or private members club environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and Club management systems
- A genuine passion for service and creating memorable experiences
Schedule and hours:
- This is a full-time position based on a 40-hour contract, worked across five 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday.
- The Club operates from 7am to 11pm, Monday to Friday, and is closed on bank holidays. Flexibility to work early mornings and late evenings is essential.
