Location: Set in the heart of the City, overlooking Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, in a historic five‑star hotel.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and service guest rooms to Four Seasons standards, including beds, bathrooms, floors, and amenities.
  • Carry out evening turndown service in guest rooms in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
  • Refresh beds, lighting, curtains, amenities and overall room presentation.
  • Replenish towels, water, and guest amenities as required.
  • Maintain privacy, discretion and professionalism when interacting with guests.
  • Report maintenance issues or lost property accurately and promptly.
  • Keep housekeeping areas and trolleys clean and organised.
  • Work collaboratively with Housekeeping colleagues and other hotel departments.
  • Uphold Four Seasons values and service excellence at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Previous housekeeping experience welcomed but not essential; full training provided.
