As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant General Manager and the senior leadership team in the day to day operation of Pavyllon London. You will play a key role in maintaining service excellence, leading and developing the restaurant team, and ensuring that every guest experience reflects both the Pavyllon brand and Four Seasons standards. You will be a visible and influential presence on the floor, leading by example and helping to embed a positive, professional, and performance driven culture within the restaurant.
What you will do
- Support the overall operation of the restaurant across all services
- Lead, motivate, and inspire the front of house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Ensure service is delivered with consistency, warmth, and attention to detail
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of the team
- Support scheduling, payroll controls, and labour management
- Work closely with the kitchen and sommelier teams to ensure seamless service
- Handle guest feedback with confidence and care, ensuring resolution and loyalty
- Uphold all Four Seasons policies, service standards, and health and safety procedures
What we are looking for
- Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or strong Restaurant Supervisor ready to progress
- Background in luxury hospitality, ideally fine dining or Michelin starred environments
- Strong leadership presence with a calm and professional approach
- Passion for food, wine, and modern service culture
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A guest focused mindset with high attention to detail
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
- Right to Work in the UK
