Communications (PBX) Supervisor – UK Collection Based at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane. At Four Seasons, every guest interaction matters. Our Communications team plays a vital role in connecting guests and colleagues seamlessly across our hotels, ensuring every request is handled with precision, professionalism, and care.

Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Communications (PBX) Supervisor to support and lead our Communications function across the UK Collection, covering Park Lane, Tower Bridge, and Hampshire.

The role: Based at Park Lane, the Communications Supervisor will oversee the day to day operation of the Communications function, supporting service delivery across multiple properties within the UK Collection. You will lead a team of six, ensuring all guest and internal communications, including calls, messages, and requests, are handled efficiently and in line with Four Seasons standards. This role requires strong leadership, consistency, and the ability to maintain quality across a high volume, multi‑property operation. You will act as a key point of contact for operational communication, ensuring clarity, speed, and accuracy at all times.

What you will do:

  • Lead and support the Communications team, ensuring smooth and consistent operations
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing guest and internal communications across the UK Collection
  • Maintain Four Seasons standards for telephone etiquette and communication quality
  • Coordinate communication between hotel departments and across properties
  • Manage escalations, guest concerns, and service recovery with professionalism
  • Support training, coaching, and development of the team
  • Monitor service levels, quality, and response times across all communication channels
  • Ensure systems knowledge is maintained and support troubleshooting when required
  • Contribute to process improvements and consistency across the UK Collection

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a Communications, PBX, or Front Office role within a hotel
  • Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and confident, professional telephone manner
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment
  • A proactive, solution‑focused mindset
  • Confidence working across multiple systems and stakeholders
  • Experience supporting multi‑property operations is highly advantageous
  • Right to Work in the UK
