Food and Beverage Administrative Assistant
Join our dynamic team at Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge as a Food and Beverage Administrative Assistant. In this unique role you’ll combine kitchen coordination responsibilities with support to the Food & Beverage leadership team.
Responsibilities
Kitchen Coordination
- Maintain HACCP documentation, food safety records, and compliance filing.
- Support inventory tracking, supplier communication, and purchasing processes.
- Coordinate deliveries and ensure records are maintained accurately.
- Support the culinary team with scheduling, ordering, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain organized kitchen records, files, and operational documentation.
- Assist with engineering follow‑up and maintenance requests within kitchen areas.
Food & Beverage Administration
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Food and Beverage and operational leaders.
- Coordinate meetings, departmental communications, and calendars.
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports including sales and performance data.
- Assist with menu engineering analysis and commercial reporting.
- Assist with invoice processing, billing administration, and supplier documentation.
- Liaise with departments across the hotel to ensure effective communication and follow‑up of actions.
- Support special projects, promotions, events, and departmental initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage operations or an administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong accuracy when working with reports, documents, and data.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Right to work in the UK.
