Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Finance Manager who shares our passion for excellence and brings energy, curiosity, and integrity to everything they do. This is a key role within the Finance team, offering visibility, responsibility, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the hotel’s financial success and long‐term growth.

Responsibilities
  • Support the maintenance of the General Ledger and ensure timely and accurate Balance Sheet reconciliations
  • Assist in ensuring effective internal controls are in place and operating consistently
  • Support month end close processes and ongoing financial reporting
  • Partner with hotel department leaders to enhance financial awareness and accountability
  • Coach and support operational teams to build financial acumen and understanding
  • Participate in corporate and regional finance projects and initiatives
  • Support the Director of Finance and Assistant Director of Finance with analysis, reviews, and financial governance
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes and controls
What you bring
  • Previous experience in a Finance Manager or similar role, ideally within hospitality or a service led environment
  • Strong understanding of financial controls, balance sheet management, and general ledger processes
  • Confident communicator with the ability to partner effectively with non‐finance stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, collaborative, and solutions focused mindset
  • Passion for excellence, learning, and continuous improvement
