About the Role:
As a Commis Waiter, you’ll support the front-of-house team in delivering seamless, attentive service. From preparing the restaurant for service to assisting with food and beverage delivery, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every guest has a smooth and memorable experience.

Please note that this role is expected to commence in early to mid-October.

What you will do:

  • Assist with setting up and clearing tables before, during, and after service

  • Support the service team by delivering food and beverages promptly and professionally

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all service areas

  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests

  • Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow

  • Uphold Four Seasons standards while learning and growing in your role

What you bring:

  • A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A willingness to learn and grow within a luxury environment

  • Proficiency in spoken English

  • The Right to Work in the UK

Schedule and hours:

  • This is a full-time position, contracted at 40 hours per week

  • Earliest start time will be 6am, and the latest finish will be around 1am

  • The restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week. Candidates must be flexible to work mornings, evenings and weekends
